Debt Review Steps

Step 1 :Free Consultation

You will get a free confidential financial assessment to see if you qualify.

Step 2 :Complete Your Application Form

If you do qualify we will send you an application form to sign and return to us.

Step 3 :Notify Your Creditors

When we have your completed application form we will immediately inform your creditors about your Debt Review application and you will be immediately protected in terms of the National Credit Act

Step 4 :New Payment Plan

We will get account balances from your credit providers and negotiate and restructure your repayments to an amount that you can afford.

Step 5 :Make the Approved Plan an Order of the Court

We will then get an Application to the Court on your behalf. This will bind your credit providers to the restructured payment plan.

Step 6 :You Will Then Only Pay One Affordable Monthly Installment

You pay one Monthly installment to a Payment Distribution Agency who will distribute the funds to all your credit providers in accordance with your payment plan as submitted to court.

Step 7 :Once Your Debt is Paid Off

When your Debt is repaid in full we issue you with a clearance certificate and notify the Credit Bureaus to clear your credit record.
